Heute um 20:22 erhielt ich endlich die Nachricht von "Stirling Soap" zum Herstellungsprozess der Produkte :))) habe schon gar nicht mehr damit gerechnet, da ja schon eine Weile vergangen ist. Ich werde das Unternehmen aber noch einmal kontaktieren und etwas genauer nachhaken ;)

I unfortunately can't really go into detail about the process used to make my soaps. It's something I've developed over years of trial and error, and is somewhat different than the method employed by most other soap makers. However, it works great for us in small batches. This is of course referring to the shave soap.

For the bath soap, it is a standard cold process soap method, where the lye and water mixture are added to the melted soapmaking oils at a relatively low temperature and then blended with a stick blender until you can visually see the saponification process beginning to occur. At that point the essential and/or fragrance oils are added. Once the mixing is complete, the bath soaps are poured into loaf mold where they will sit for at least 24 hours (covered and insulated) until the saponification reaction is complete and they are cool enough to cut into bars. Once cut, the bars will then spend some time on eh curing racks to harden and cure.

Für die Badeseife ist es eine Standard-Kaltprozeß-Seifenmethode, bei der die Lauge und Wasser-Mischung den geschmolzenen Seifenölen bei einer relativ niedrigen Temperatur zugesetzt werden und dann mit einem Stabmixer vermischt werden, bis man visuell sehen kann, dass der Verseifungsprozess beginnt . Zu diesem Zeitpunkt werden die essentiellen und / oder Duftöle zugegeben. Sobald die Vermischung abgeschlossen ist, werden die Badeseifen in die Laibform gegossen, wo sie mindestens 24 Stunden (überdacht und isoliert) lagern werden, bis die Verseifungsreaktion abgeschlossen ist und Sie kühl genug sind, um in Blöcke geschnitten zu werden. Wenn Sie geschnitten sind, verbringen die Blöcke etwas Zeit in Regalen zum Aushärten um Sie haltbar zu machen .
