✨🎉 Happy Fragrance Friday! 🎉✨
This week, another story-driven FF: We're traveling back to the summer of 1969. After my recent Las Vegas-inspired portrait photoshoot on IG, I felt inspired to continue with a Las Vegas-themed Fragrance Friday photo. So, I began exploring who and what could truly represent the Classic Vegas Era. One thing led to another, and I soon discovered that Elvis often wore Brut. Coincidentally, Brut has been my aftershave of choice ever since I started shaving. 🪒💈
For further inspiration, I watched the Elvis movie and realized that today, August 16th, marks the anniversary of his passing. Since I was planning to post this photo today anyway, I took it as a sign to prioritize the Elvis theme even more. The next logical step was to buy a Brut EDT—because after all, it’s Fragrance Friday, not Aftershave Friday! 😉
Of course, the natural thing to do was to head to Vegas and snap a photo in front of the International Hotel, where "The King" performed so many iconic shows. But since the hotel’s been renamed and looks different now, I figured, I ahould just get into the time machine and go back to July 31, 1969, just before his first show there? Easy peasy! 🚀🕰️
