💪🏻🟢 Happy Fragrance Friday! 🟢💪🏻
This week, following up last week’s Kouros, we’ve got another vintage gem: Paco Rabanne Pour Homme. After a bit of figuring-out, I’m fairly sure this bottle dates back to 1992.
The Scent:
One sniff and… oakmoss-bonanza. That was the moment I realised my friend made a terrible mistake lending this to me. You don’t trust the sheep to a wolf and expect to get it back. Looks like I’ll have to buy it from him. 😏
It’s aged beautifully. An outstanding example of those masculine green‑spicy‑barbershop fragrances that defined the ’80s.
The Photo:
I picked up two small wooden boxes the other day and wanted to work them into a setup. The last time I used wood for a photo was for the CDG Wonderoud pic, which was inspired by early morning light in a dimly lit farmhouse. This time, I wanted something moodier sharper highlights and deeper shadows, to echo that old‑school strength.
Hope you like it!
