So here's little story about delivery. Parcel inbound on 26 February and got lost by post office. Unfortunately, after waiting few long days I decided to fill in complaint on lost item.
Matus never left me alone here and was providing me with all neccessary documents needed for my formal steps in no time. I must say when I think of 'extra mile' this guy walked a hundred of them.

Yes, because i asked him first if this is a fake because i have a bottle on my own and this bottle looks weard he says no it is not a fake.
Than i Askese him where did he buy the bottle and he answer in douglas. But Douglas doesn t sell Tester, so he admits He buys it for 190 € from ebay!
