This is a hot mess! The notes don't indicate the depths of harshness, synthetic over -the-top bitter sweetness and redundancy in this fragrance. "Hello" Axe body spray called and they want their formula back!". My husband got board in ULTA Beauty while I was enjoying shopping for body scrubs, lotions and potions. Like a skunk spray...I didn't notice the smell until I got back in the car. I had been sampling Fahrenheit and reminiscing on the rich petroleum nutmeg, lavender leather and decadent carnation honeysuckle and Tonka notes and then I smelled what he was wearing. Windows down all the way home in spite of it being 20 degrees Fahrenheit. It was like slap in the face. Although this fragrance has massive sillage and machismo, it is just a big pineapple express with an unruly funky sticky Tonka syrup note. Loud and linear and just unrefined migraine inducing chemicals. I would typically expect more from the Montblanc name, but I guess times are hard.
